Here’s an outlandish statement: You’re already getting what you want!
Oh no I’m not, I hear you say “I didn’t want this or that….” but…
In order to improve our general sense of happiness and well being we need to develop a deeper connection to that part of us that is always happy and well; our inner or higher self as it is often referred as. One very easy, simple, way of doing just this is practising with a pendulum to access our sub-conscious, knowing, senses and gradually make them more conscious. In this post I offer some thoughts and advice as well as 2 short video clips to demonstrate.
If you’ve been studying consciousness, belief systems and the power of thoughts to create your reality, for a while, then you’ve probably found that it has not been all ease and plain sailing. Initial successes may have moved through to reveal fresh challenges and apparent setbacks. Periods of great hope, joy and expectation, where you thought all was well and sorted have somehow shifted inexplicably to renewed difficulties with fresh feelings of fear and anxiety. Why? What is the solution? I suggest that the answer to this is primarily previously hidden, subconscious, aspects of the self calling themselves into your consciousness awareness and secondly it is simply the rhythm of life. There is nothing actually wrong, you haven’t goofed, its just life moving on through you in a manner that differs from your prior conscious expectation. Here I offer a personal practice that can really help smooth the way.
This is an overview of the creative process that I hope will trigger your curiosity and lead you to further question your personal understanding of manifesting.

I was struck recently by the headline that some 75% people with debt show physical signs of stress.

Much has been written about the potential wonders of “Goal Setting” but I believe many of these texts miss two key points:
Does life seem to be closing in on you? Are your finances a mess? You don’t know where to turn next? Read this it may just help. Yep, its another one of those ‘5 steps to bliss’ articles but go on read it anyway, after all I made the effort to write it.
