On 14th May 1997 I had one of the most profound spiritual experiences of my life where I experienced the deepest sense of meeting “Christ”. This happened during a guided meditation to meet my “Reiki Guide”.
Here is glimpse of that experience shared here on Christmas day as a celebration.
I was tidying up the files on my computer today and came across an in depth and unpublished piece I wrote some time back while I was attending The Barbara Brennan School Of Healing. it is still highly relevant and could be very helpful to others so I’m offering it here now with the intention that it shall be.
One of the blogs I enjoy these days is The Illuminated Mind as hosted by Jonathan Nasman who also contributes to another fine blog Zen Habits. Earlier this week he posted an entry How to Find Your Purpose in Life offering us a few thoughts to consider. Naturally enough this got me considering.
Saturday 2nd July 2005 was a very moving and memorable day for me as I enjoyed the Live 8 concerts. I was deeply moved and encouraged. Billions of people united by the act of watching the concerts globally and thereby also considering, in some part, the substantial issues of global poverty, debt relief, aid and fair-trade.
The Oxford English Dictionary defines abundance like so:

A great rush of euphoria and national pride has gripped the UK today with the return home of lone yachtswoman, 28 year old Ellen McArthur.
