A Dozen Abundance Thoughts
21. October 2008
Its good to feel good. We know that because it feels good to feel good. Here are a dozen abundance thoughts that may help you on your way but may challenge you also.
- Consider just how many “good news days” you’ve had in your life. There is every possibility today may be yet another one.
- Can you rejoice in the abundance of uncertainties. There is so much we are not certain about. That awareness can be liberating.
- Does anyone ever complain that a tree resplendent with abundant blossom is wasteful?
- Is there any chance that you or we may run out of thoughts or feelings?
- Is there a limit to the unknown?
- The estimated biomass of the ants has been approximated to be roughly equal to that of humans. Are we complaining of ant over-population on planet Earth?
- Q. What do you do when you “run out of breath”?
A. Slow down, or stop and catch your breath. Its the same with money or anything else. - When you look up to the stars don’t you see abundance in spite of all the space? Doesn’t the space actually add to the sense of abundance?
- Is there any evidence for a lack of life on Earth in general?
- Imagine being a billionaire. You’d still be you. Could you cope with the abundant choices now open to you or does that actually feel a little scary? What sum truly feels comfortable to you?
- Imagine finding a way to express and share your deepest, most tender, precious hopes and dreams safely, freely, joyously, without fear or favour. Now imagine everybody else doing the same.
- Is there really anything lacking in this moment for you?
