Fit, Healthy, Wealthy, and Dream Manifesto Software
Regular visitors to this site may have noticed a new advert for Dream Manifesto Software on the home page. I was offered a trial of this product to evaluate and have found it very useful in not only reminding me to take a moment from what I’m doing to centre and re-focus my dreams and goals but also with the continued refinement of exactly what those are.
You’ve probably experienced times of enthusiasm when you’re all fired up to make the changes in life that you desire. You’ve set schedules and to do lists, written affirmations made “Mind Movies” even, but after this initial rush of motivation and energy you find yourself slipping back into your old familiar habits of thought and behaviour. All the busy day to day doings of life simply distract you once again and you stop working so consciously on the changes and improvements you desire.
This is the way of so many well intentioned plans and resolutions but it does not have to be. If you wish to change a habit or create a new habit, career, relationship or anything else you first have to change how and what you think.
You need to think differently in order to experience and create differently and, most particularly, you need to align your thoughts into common goals or directions. Say you want to be fit, healthy and wealthy, you need to think fit, healthy, wealthy, thoughts first. These thoughts will then motivate you into making fit, healthy and wealthy, choices and actions.
When you really want to be fit wealthy and healthy, you will be, because that is the natural outcome of such a focused desire or clear dream. However, for most of us, our thoughts are not that clear and focused, we have all manner of contradictory thoughts telling us we cannot be, do, or have what we want and even that we are wrong in some way for just wanting such things. The result is that we make very little change because in our minds all choices are wrong to some degree and thus we get stuck and make little or no change until something drastic happens in our life such as a relationship break up, illness, job loss or accident etc. which then propels us, kicking and screaming, into deeper consideration of what it is we do really want. I think a more pro-active approach is preferable.
This is the task then; clarify our thinking, raise our game, lift our dreams and grow into our new life. I have found Dream Manifesto software to be a very useful tool to this end in that I can set the program to remind me to re-focus and affirm my dreams and desires as often as I wish. It helps me create positive new habits of thought resulting in corresponding new habits of behaviour and results. (I’ve shed 15 pounds, am fitter, my income is increasing and I’m writing regularly on this blog again for starters)
I’ve never previously managed to follow through for long with affirmations however much I may have believed in the idea. Not anymore. I spend several hours most days at this computer and I now have the Dream Manifesto wizard popping up every 45 minutes to remind me of my key wishes and destinations. It helps me centre, re-group my thoughts and raise my vibration, when habitually, I’d likely get distracted or caught up in other business.
Added to that I have the flexibility to swiftly edit my affirmations or intentions into steadily better feeling ones through the course of time. I can also record my voice and add inspiring pictures just as I like, with ease. The program offers more than that though, including an area for notes, pre-made templates on a host of subjects and an insightful question and answer system to help you clarify your dreams.
Pretty good stuff for a retail price of $49.95, though for the most part it seems to be on offer at $29.95 with three good e-books bundled with it; “Zen to Done”, from the interesting Zen Habits blog, “Seven Steps to Prosperity” which I haven’t read and “The Science of Getting Rich” which I have read and found to be excellent and so much better than the title might suggest.
There are Mac (Yeah!) and Windows versions, free trial downloads, money back guarantees and at the time of writing an offer that includes a free one hour consultation. There’s a host of audio, video and other free information on their web site also.
There it is, you simply cannot go wrong, unless you’re completely disinterested in such products in which case you most likely haven’t read this far anyway. Do you need it to improve your life experience? Of course not, but it is a useful tool.
Oh, and finally you can also freely download their own excellent e-book The Principles Of Successful Manifesting directly from here or via The Dream Manifesto Site
Enjoy!
